What can you find out at the Guling Tourism Center?
The Guling Tourism Center is next to the main parking lot for cars and busses.
At the Guling Tourism Center you will find:
- some introductory movies with English subtitles
- a 3-D panoramic model of the area
- an information counter for maps in Chinese and tour guides who can be hired to lead tours.
- information on the hotels in Guling
- information about local restaurants
- information on all the places to visit in the Scenic Area.
- a public bathroom. (Although most of the toilets are the squatting kind, if you walk down the row of cubicles there is a Western style toilet at the back.)
For English speakers
There is a special brochure in English that will be available before summer 2016. If you only speak English, it would be good to bring a Chinese friend along if you want translation.
